combination of gravity, air and screens are used to separate out seeds based on

all the cases. The material like grain, seeds, rice, barley etc. are fed into
the hopper where they are evenly divided with the help of a feed roller and shifted
via a controlled entrance on the top sieve.
With the use of air trunk, the grains are subjected to
primary aspiration to drain off dust, chaff, sand, straw, or deceased grains. After
this, for separation depending on size, width, and shape, the material is
passed through sieve layer. The graded material is then shifted to air sifter
and aspiration chamber where remaining light particles are drained off by a
strong flow of air. Finally, the graded material and the impurities are
automatically released in different chutes.
